Lemonade   Sitting in the mediterranean sun with a cool glass of lemonade, reminiscing about the hills back home. A larger extract of the top-left photograph in the image can be found here. The image was initially developed with POV-Ray version 3.1, using fake caustics to create the highlights associated with refraction by glass, ice and lemonade. This produced very unrealistic light patterns and shadows, so that I changed the image to make use of the photon facility of POV-Ray version 3.5 instead. The result is much more realistic; compare the two cut outs below (version 3.1 to the left, version 3.5 to the right).
