Dear Sirs, Once I was A POW andour domicil was WACs-Barracks near Carmunnock & Busby. I made friends with many people (Sunday Church) and got to know a very destinctive and nice famlily -William Kerr and his wife. When I wenthome in 1948 Igot a beautyfull picture painted by Mr. Kerr himself -because he was a good artist. We were very closely in touch untill they died. In 1990 I send this paiting -it shows the old church and in front the oneaxle Rubbish horse wagon.I thought, In Camunnock perhaps is a better place for this pichture by means many old persons might remember William Kerr and his lifeworks. For my suprise I never got an answer. Where could this marvellous picture may hanging now? By the way I was a very goog friend from Doreen Gardner; and she is goodmother of my son Thomas. Lovely to read something about my nephew. I was glad to read someone's comment in your guestbook, that Jesus loves you. I would like you to know that too. But I'm not a preacher, so no more. Hoioi Ik las dat je oorspronkelijk een Nederlander bent dus schrijf ik ook maar wat in het Nederlands want dat vind je vast leuk! Ik kwam op deze site omdat ik wat over het boek: Mist of Avalon zocht en wat over Marion Zimmer Bradley. Ik wilde even zeggen dat ik het ook een heel goed boek vind. Great movie, great characters, great special and sound effects. I was really amazed with the story though it is quite hanging in the end. But I still recommend this film to all because it is really cool. I just hope that the continuation of the film will be release very soon!!! |
